Be inspired by the struggles and triumphs of Lilly, an immigrant woman who shares her sacrifice and pride.

Welcome and thank you for your time.
Lilly was born on 08/08 1976 in a place called Naciones Unidas which is located in Nicaragua, central department RAAS. My parents are Blanca and a man I never met. I tell my story and it starts from what I remember and that is about 6 years. I remember that many of us lived in a big wooden house. The house was a one-storey house, but it was made of a high plank of at least 2 metres, which was called tambo. And because at that time the country was at war, it was normal to have this kind of house, because the so-called secret shelters were built underneath, in case of bombing or unexpected attacks, which were our hope of survival.

Hello, I am Lilly, a woman like many others, who one day made the most difficult decision of her life: to emigrate. I left my homeland, Nicaragua, driven by the hope of offering my children a better future, even though the road was full of sacrifices, loneliness, barriers and silences.
I have worked in different countries, facing contempt, language, and uncertainty. But I have also discovered the strength that comes from love and courage. Every word I write is part of my truth, of my real story, and of the story of many mothers and fathers who, like me, struggle quietly. Today I share this experience to accompany, inspire and give a voice to those who have been invisible for too long.
Here CORLY is born, a greeting of courage and pride, my true story turned into a beacon for all those who walk this path. If you too are a migrant, or simply want to know the soul of this path, you are in the right place.
Welcome . I am Lilly. This is my story. This can be yours too.
